REC has decided to strengthen its corporate management structure by the establishment of a corporate strategy and business development function.

Ingelise Arntsen will take on the new position of EVP strategy and business development while Einar Kilde will move from his position as EVP projects and become the new EVP REC wafer. The transfer of responsibility between Arntsen and Kilde will take place by Sept. 1, 2009.The process of hiring a new head of REC rrojects has already been initiated.
