As the situation around COVID-19 continues to evolve, our primary concern is the health and safety of our customers, employees and partners. But no matter what, we are still committed to supporting our customer’s needs in any way possible. We’re here to help and that won’t change.

With that in mind, we wanted to provide you with a few updates on our operations:

• Vizinex physical operations continue uninterrupted due to our medical device customers who are understandably considered ‘life-sustaining’ and require prioritized support;
• Although we are prioritizing medical device customers, we continue to serve all of our customers;
• To date, no Vizinex employee has had symptoms of, or tested positive for, COVID-19;
• Due to these new conditions, response times may not be as immediate as you are used to. That being said, we are still striving to maintain service levels.

To protect our workforce and customers, we have altered operations at our physical factory/office location in the following ways:

• Every Vizinex employee who can work from home is working from home;
• We have adjusted our work schedule to offset shifts and minimize the number of workers on the floor at any one time;
• We are enforcing social distancing protocols per CDC guidelines for everyone working;
• We are conducting periodic work surface cleaning and disinfecting.
   

Like everyone else, we are reacting to this in real-time and will continue to adapt as the situation develops.
