As general counsel, Kogl will lead Zebra’s legal department, providing guidance on a wide range of matters including Zebra’s corporate governance, go to market strategy, intellectual property, and regulatory and compliance matters impacting the company’s operations and industry.

Kogl joined Zebra in 2015 as VP, corporate counsel. She was promoted to assistant general counsel and assistant corporate secretary in 2017.

Prior to joining Zebra, Kogl served as VP, corporate secretary and chief compliance officer at W.W. Grainger, Inc. and VP, deputy general counsel and corporate secretary at The ServiceMaster Company. Kogl also served as general counsel at National Express LLC and Spyglass, Inc.
