Tolerances are now below the ultra-tight 20 microns (± 10-micron threshold, enabling highly precise and accurate alignments with partner components.
SCHOTT’s comprehensive product portfolio offers a broad range of thicknesses, from the ultra-thin 100µm to 3.3 mm.
Wide formats of up to 600mm in width are also available. A new production line in Penang, Malaysia now operates on a mass-production scale.
SCHOTT’s structured glass wafer and sheet portfolio FLEXINITY now provide the highest precision products on the market, with tolerances below 20 microns (± 10 microns), the widest range of thickness and widths.
Wafers and sheets are available at thickness as low as 0.1 mm, up to 3.3mm.
Ultra-wide diameter wafers are also available, up to 12 inches, with larger products available through special orders.
