Jabil Inc. reported preliminary, unaudited financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended Aug. 31, 2020.

Fourth quarter of fiscal year 2020 highlights include:

- Diversified Manufacturing Services (DMS) year-on-year revenue growth: 17%;
- Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) year-on-year revenue growth: 8%;
- US GAAP operating income: $197.1 million;
- US GAAP diluted earnings per share: $0.44;
- Core operating income (Non-GAAP): $255.2 million;
- Core diluted earnings per share (Non-GAAP): $0.98
- Net revenue: $27.3 billion
- Diversified Manufacturing Services (DMS) year-on-year revenue growth: 8%;
- Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) year-on-year revenue growth: 8%;
- US GAAP operating income: $499.8 million;
- US GAAP diluted earnings per share: $0.35;
- Core operating income (Non-GAAP): $864.1 million;
