Brewer Science, Inc. has been awarded the 2022 Top Workplaces USA Award, issued by Energage, a purpose-driven organization that develops solutions to build and brand Top Workplaces.
Top Workplaces USA celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have built great cultures. More than 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey issued by Energage.
In addition to being recognized as a 2022 National Top Workplace in USA, Brewer Science has been recognized by the St. Louis Dispatch as a Top Workplace in the region nine times, including the last seven consecutive years.
The company was first recognized with the regional Top Workplace award in 2012, and since then has won the Top Workplace Award nine times (2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021). The sustained accolades of this award come as no surprise to the hundreds of employees who work at Brewer Science, as they were the ones who nominated their company. The company also received two culture awards, Employee Value Prop and Work Life Flexibility, in 2021.
