Ynvisible Interactive Inc. announced the opening of a new production and customer training facility. The new sheet-to-sheet production line will enable ynvisible to produce electrochromic devices for orders in the hundreds of thousands of units per production run for products such as smart labels and Internet of Things devices.
The new site will also act as a training facility for clients and distribution partners learning to design and produce with ynvisible’s proprietary technologies.
ynvisible will mark the official launch of operations at the new facility with an opening ceremony that will take place on Sept, 20, 2018 in Almada, Portugal. Events of the day will include demonstrations of ynvisible’s technologies in various end applications, introduction to the production line, and an overview of the facility. There will also be a livestream for this event, beginning at 8 a.m. PST/11 a.m. EST on Sept. 20, 2018. “We outgrew the previous production line, and this new facility will allow us to respond to higher volume end client requests. Also having a facility where we can train our clients and partners to work with our proprietary technologies is important for accelerating the commercialization of our electronic displays in a wide range of end applications.” said ynvisible COO Dr. Inês Henriques.
