Cima NanoTech, an advanced materials company behind SANTE Technology, has been awarded the Display Week Best in Show Award in the Small Exhibit Category at SID Display Week 2013.
This award recognizes companies based on the significance of their product development and for their ability to generate excitement within the display industry. Cima NanoTech was among the four winners selected from more than 170 exhibitors at the event.
SANTE Technology is a self-assembling nanoparticle network that enables transparent conductors with excellent electrical conductivity at high transparency and flexibility. SANTE Technology is a platform technology with applications that span across multiple markets. Specifically for the display industry, SANTE Technology’s low surface resistance at high transparency allows touch screen users to enjoy multi-touch capabilities with instantaneous response.
“Winning this award highlights the industry’s excitement over SANTE Technology and the need for new transparent conductive materials for large format touch screens,” Jon Brodd, CEO of Cima NanoTech said. “SANTE Technology not only enables game changers in large format touch applications, but will also open doors to the enablement of next generation electronic products.
“Cima NanoTech is honored to receive this award and we will continue to work together with our partners to create a new level of experience, and at the same time, drive the adoption of touch screens for large-format multi touch displays,” Brodd added.
