As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, our focus, first and foremost, is the safety and well-being of our employees and communities in which we operate. In all regions, we have taken immediate action and have enacted protocols to help ensure our employees and workspaces remain safe so that we can continue to operate globally and deliver on our commitments to you.
Protecting Our Employees
Our top priority is the health and safety of our global workforce. We have taken assertive measures to minimize the risk to our employees, including implementing guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local government. Additionally, protocols are in place to monitor the continued good health of our employees and provide support to any members of our workforce when diagnosed with COVID-19.
Serving Our Customers
We will continue to do everything in our power to minimize the impact on product availability and delivery. Currently only our Kulim site is impacted and is temporarily closed under the COVID-19 Malaysian Government mandate. As such, we will face limited lead time challenges from this site over the next few weeks that we are mitigating by leveraging our global footprint. Our teams continue to actively monitor and track operations on a global, regional and site basis in an effort to ensure production stability, and our sales and customer service teams are available at any time for any questions that you may have.
Maintaining Critical Supply Chains
We continue to operate in the face of this pandemic, as we work with our suppliers to maintain our outputs. As necessary, we are working with national and local officials to underscore our essential role within the supply chain, while keeping our workers safe and our business operations strong.
