JOLED Inc. announced that its OLED display has been adopted for the brand-new entertainment monitor FORIS NOVA by EIZO Corporation.
FORIS NOVA, the first OLED product for EIZO, is a next-generation entertainment monitor that is ideal for watching videos and playing games.
It will be released at the EIZO official online shop EIZO Direct (Japan) on Nov. 1, followed by launches in the US, Europe, and China.
"In addition to the use of OLED with exceptional black expression, the compact 21.6-inch body / 4K high-definition and HDR-compatibility realize a more realistic video display," EIZO said in a press release. "FORIS NOVA will provide a new viewing experience of enjoying high-quality video content in private spaces such as a study or library.”
According to IHS Markit, the OLED display market is expected to double from 2018 to $48.5 billion in 2025.
