SmartSight is the retail industry’s first subscription-based robotics solution that turns data into corrective actions for mass merchants, grocers, and supermarkets/hypermarkets.
It is comprised of the EMA50 mobile automation system, retail automation software platform and both professional and managed services. Using 2D and 3D sensors, SmartSight creates a digital twin of stores and their shelves to help determine if there are out-of-stocks, price integrity or planogram compliance issues. The retail automation software platform then determines the corrective action needed and assigns a task to the nearest store associate’s mobile computer in real time.

When used with the EMA50 enterprise mobile automation system, SmartSight can provide 95% accuracy in identifying stockouts, misplaced product, incorrect price labels, and location and planogram compliance. SmartSight provides brick-and-mortar retailers a performance edge by autonomously prescribing corrective actions to associates based on what is happening at the shelf.
