DuPont announced it has been Certified by Great Place to Work for the second year in a row. The recognition is based entirely on survey responses from current employees about their experience working at DuPont.
“We are proud to once again be recognized for fostering a workplace culture where our employees feel empowered and inspired to achieve their full potential,” said Christopher Raia, chief human resources officer at DuPont. “Earning this recertification validates our teams' efforts to deliver innovation within an inclusive and collaborative environment.”
A summary of the company's scores is on DuPont’s Great Places To Work™ profile, with highlights including:
• 81% of employees feel they are given a great deal of responsibility.
• 78% indicated that people care about each other.
• 77% indicated that the work they do makes a difference.
According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.
