Visitors of stand A14 will be introduced to a new nanosilver ink optimized for aerosol jet systems and a value package designed to speed the design and development of membrane touch switches.
These solutions will also be part of a presentation called “Printing the Internet of Things: The Evolving Supply Chain from Materials to CPG,” to be delivered by John Hannafin, a global product manager at Sun Chemical Advanced Materials, on Thursday, April 28 from 11:15-11:40 a.m. in Room 3.

EMD5800 nanosilver inks deliver the industry’s best performing low temperature sintering properties and the unique chemistry offers long open life, and superior jetting performance. Optimized for the industry leading aerosol jet systems, it now becomes possible to work with one nanosilver from prototype to production with the EMD5800 series of inks.
During the show, Sun Chemical will launch a new value package that consists of a complementary group of products designed to speed the design and development of membrane touch switches (MTS). The MTS Value Package includes screen printer silver filled conductors, carbon filled resistors and UV curable dielectric inks that deliver superior performance at a low cost. The MTS Value Package contains a matched set of products, chemistries and performance criteria that have been developed to assure users of consistent, reliable performance.
